The seemingly simple three-legged design has become one of Wegner's most iconic. And deservingly so, given that an equal amount of effort went into designing the solid wood tabletop as the solid wood frame that connects the three round legs to the tabletop. In short, Wegner spared nothing in his pursuit of perfection, emphasizing key visible elements as much as the more hidden structural parts. 

The side table pairs well with groups of other Wegner icons, such as the CH07 Shell Chair or the CH445 Wing Chair.
